I started going to camps at Redeemed Ranch Camp when I was 13 years old. I had always loved horses and this gave me a way to learn more about them and to ride. I fell in love with the camp and quickly became a part of the staff. I spent entire summers at camp for years and am so glad I did. My love for animals grew, but even more importantly, so did my knowledge about God’s love for me. Through Redeemed Ranch and my local church youth group, I was provided a solid foundation in Christ that would equip me to face challenges through life. I learned about who I was in Christ and had scriptures I could stand on in times of trouble and doubt. I am so thankful that my parents allowed me to go to camp so many years ago, and I can’t say enough about the lasting impression my experiences there have had in my life.
